Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tishev Joins Silknet's Shareholder

Silknet's new shareholder is Yerkin Tatishev (a Kazakh businessman).
Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to acquire a 38.2353 percentage stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the sole owner of Silknet.

Yerkin Tatishev Yerkin Tatishev Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's final beneficiary is Erkin Takishev. Yerkin Tatishev Tatishev has been a long-time Silk Road Group Partner.

If the deal is successful, the distribution to Silknet beneficial buyers will be altered. Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili's share is decreasing and he will already have an equal share of Yerkin Tatishev.
